Following my interest in farming, I traveled around the world, meeting local farmers in many countries. Most of them seemed not to be financially compensated, which made life difficult for farmers, especially in less developed countries. The lives of children whose parents are farmers appeared even more challenging. When I thought about how I could help farmers and children, Reed Hastings’ quote about "transforming the way millions of people live and work" resonated deeply with me. It motivated me to start my business, Freshly PickedMy business idea and mission are clear: I want to provide consumers with the freshest and healthiest foods while empowering farmers, particularly in less developed regions. Therefore, Freshly Picked crops are processed and developed using healthy food science techniques like fermentation, ensuring they are preserved naturally and healthily. The products are then delivered to consumers in developed countries, helping to support and uplift farmers worldwide to consumers in developed countries.

Freshly Picked Logo & Designing
To bring my vision and mission for Freshly Picked to life, I experimented with various fonts and styles, creating over ten different designs. Through this process, I learned how to develop an appealing brand image and logo.

While thinking about the brand image for Freshly Picked, I decided to use my own personal story and my love for farming. I believe that caring about farming, crops, and the people who grow them are the core values of my brand.Instead of using a model or a farmer’s picture, I chose to use myself as the face of the brand. I created a boy farmer character to represent Freshly Picked, reflecting my own life and what I believe in. This way, the brand feels more genuine and shows who I am and what I care about.

Freshly Picked Entire Product Line

Using advanced and traditional fermentation techniques, Freshly Picked will produce its products at manufacturing facilities in the Philippines, Indonesia, and other less developed countries. These regions are ideal because they are known for their sweet, fresh fruits and hardworking farmers. By applying innovative fermentation technology, we will transform these valuable crops into high-quality food products that appeal to environmentally conscious and organic food-loving consumers in developed countries.
The reasons we will have these bases in those regions are clear. The countries are known for their sweet and fresh fruits and hard-working farmers.  Our initial products will include fruit syrups, fruit vinegar, dried tea leaves, and nuts.
